About Jess

I work with people to embrace their stories and live more active and independent lives through mindset, yoga and self-advocacy.

I spent years managing chronic health issues in silence while working full-time demanding roles. In 2015, I enrolled in a yoga teacher training when I realized how my practice had helped me find new ways to approach managing my condition and self advocating for therapies and alternatives to improve my day to day life. Shortly after I began teaching in studios while sharing my health and wellness journey as an advocate for lymphedema awareness.

Currently I work privately with a range of clients through yoga and coaching that helps them live more fulfilling lives.  I know that every practice and lifestyle is unique and strive to make the benefits of yoga and mindset coaching available to everyone, regardless of physical fitness level or location. I also create helpful resources and share  updates through my member email list.
